Imperial Treasure Cantonese Cuisine

Must try Peking Duck.

Just a regular weekend that we wanted to have a nice family dinner outside and most Chinese restaurants were booked by wedding banquets so we thought of Imperial Treasure at Crowne Plaza. Well raved for its good service and food.

Peking duck at $58 was value for money. The skin was well shaved and the meat chopped and stir fried with garlic.
The staff would show us the whole duck before moving aside to prepare the peking duck skin wrapped with spring onions and sour plum sauce for each of us at the table.
Wasabi prawn balls. Succulent prawns for sure. One is enough.
Broccoli steamed and topped with egg & crab meat gravy.
Steamed cod fish fillet, well prepared with no fishy scent or at least minimum.
Durian pudding, with some durian bits under the pudding.
Red bean ice. The shaved ice topped on the red bean was too coarse for my liking, can hardly even move through the ice to get to the bottom.

We also ordered Fried Rice and E-Fu noodles for sharing. Both were good, not shown in this post.

Staff was attentive and would proactively recommend to cut on portions (S, M, L) if they felt it was too much for the guests. Every 5 to 10 mins, they would also come by to check on our teapot to see if it needs a refill and change our plates after every other dish.
