There's a hawker centre at Penang Hill. Temperature is slightly cooler at the summit.
But it's very crowded in the weekend. Recommend to go in weekday if possible.

Penang Laksa + Fried Kway Tiao + Fried Rice

This is one of the best Penang Laksa in Penang, Pasar Air Itam.
1st time trying, it's different from normal Singapore Laska.
There's a lot of people at the stall. You can sit at the hawker centre opposite the stall. They will deliver it to you. At the Hawker centre you can order ice kachang with sarsi syrup (nice).
